Part Time Office Assistant

The Belfast Chamber of Commerce is looking for a dynamic individual to join our staff as a part time office assistant.
This individual will greet visitors, answer questions about the area, and direct them as appropriate. Will assist with office duties, filing, answering phone calls, and perform a variety of other office duties.
Experience
At least 6 months of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong customer service oriented
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with visitors and residents
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Punctual
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi task
  • Skilled with use of computers and the Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media
  • Team oriented
