Meg Fournier to ManageUnityCollegeCentre for the Performing Arts –

Meg Fournier has been named manager and public arts coordinator of the Unity College Centre for the Performing Arts in Unity. Fournier has been seriously involved in theMainecommunity arts and cultural scene since moving to Maine in 2003. In 2009, she co-founded and now directs the Free Range Music Festival, which brings over 30 acts from all over the country to downtown Belfast every April. She also founded and directed Roots & Tendrils, an arts venue in Belfast that explored innovative movements in art and music from 2009 to 2011. Most recently, Fournier served as office manager of Waterfall Arts, a community arts center with locations inBelfastandMontville, where she was also an art instructor. She is a board member and events committee chair for WERU and has served on various committees for the Belfast Downtown Business Group and Our Town Belfast.
