Join us for yoga and Suminagashi!
We will start with an inspirational all levels yoga class from 6:00p-7:00p to get your creativity flowing through breath and movement. Followed by refreshments and a guided Suminagashi class.
Meditative focus and a relaxed trust in the process is all that is needed to to create breathtaking, one of a kind papers. Teaching artist, Bridget Matros, will share the story behind the ancient Japanese technique of Suminagashi before showing you the secrets of the practice. Enjoy using authentic materials and surrender to this most Zen process.
Then take your masterpiece home with you!
