Local artist Kenny Cole is taking his “Parabellum: Prepare for War ” installation (which was recently at University Of Kenny Cole, Parabellum (Prepare for War)Maine Museum of Art, Zillman Gallery, Bangor back in  January 2014) to the 7th annual Governor’s Island Art Fair in New York City.  If you happen to be in New York or traveling south, the Fair is free and open to the public on the weekends in September 6-28 from 11-6pm.
Cole’s exhibit will be one over 100 artists housed, literally, in old abandoned houses in various states of decay on Colonels Row. It cost just $2 to take the Ferry over to experience a unique art fair started by artists for artists.
